      workout with strength training power moves, taught on all levels. The class

      features great music, unique choreography, and excellent results.

       Take on the challenge in this intense cardio workout and develop quick reflexes,

      reshape and tone your gluts, abs, and legs. Everyone from the novice to the most

      advanced participants is welcome to take on the challenge.


        CORE Yoga

      The full body experience that builds muscle memory and strength, increase

      flexibility, improves your balance and helps to build on breath control while

      you engage your core. Learn to work your body then bring it to rest.

      Definitely CORE

       Step in and focus on core conditioning by featuring integrated exercises to

      strengthen and tone your body by utilizing the stability ball and hand-weights,

      while working on balance at the same time.

      Indoor Cycling
        Take the journey that is sure to get your heart pumping and strengthen your legs.

      This is an excellent class to burn those extra calories to reach an optimal cardio

      workout and that slender physique! The class will also prepare you for the

      mental and physical challenges you will face during the BP MS150 from

      Houston to Austin.

 

      Lethal CORE
        When you step into the HGX room discipline and dedication are necessary to get

      through a series of basic punches, kicks, and create combinations to intensify

      your workout. Build a stronger and leaner body with a series of anaerobic

      exercises that will strengthen your arms, legs, and abdominal.

 

      Maximum 150

      Combined with visual imagery and inspiring music, the intense cycling workout is

      design to develop your cardiovascular endurance and strength to prepare you

      for the mental physical challenges you will face during the BP MS150 from

      Houston to Austin.

 

      PowerFlex

      Offers a combination of Aerobic and anaerobic exercises that will build lean

      muscle and burn fat while combining physical conditioning methods to break

      weight-loss plateaus. 

 

      Strictly CORE
      You will engage your stomach muscles to strength your core and develop a

      healthier back for 15-minutes Monday through Wednesday and 30-minutes

        on Friday only.

      Tazrobics

      The traditional high-low impact style Aerobics class then combing Lethal CORE movements

        that will develop strength, reshape and tone your gluts, abs, and legs.

 

      Whole Body Pilates

        Challenge not just your core but also your whole body with this unique series of exercises

        developed by Joe Pilates. Get ready to tone your arms, strengthen and sculpt your back!

        Everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes is welcome.

 

      Yin Yoga

      You will gently stretches the connective tissue by holding poses for a minute or

      longer to "exercise" and lengthen the connective tissue. Having a good strength

      related workout regimen along with a stretching routine will keep joints healthy

      and balanced for a long time.

 

      Zumba®

     Combines the sexy Latin, Brazilian, and hip-hop dance movements through

     cumbia, salsa, belly dance, tango, samba, and flamenco that are traditional

     dance movements in most Latin countries.

 

     Zumbaâ with Toning

      The same Zumba class with an added bonus using lightweights to enhance the

     routines and further challenge and shape your body. It is highly suggested that
