Watermelon

Amazingly enough, watermelon isn’t just fiber and sugar water! It provides a compound called anthocyanin, which refreshes your muscles and helps with hydration. Feel free to eat as much watermelon as you want!

Salmon

If you have ventured into healthy foods at all, you know fish is good for you. If fish isn’t your favorite but you still want the omega-3 fats, go for some salmon. It will provide you protein as well, so you get double benefits. It isn’t a bottom-feeder like other fish, and won’t have the same toxicity problems as tuna.
