The class is designed for beginners as well as for those students who have a regular practice.

Power Yoga incorporates the Sun Salutation series of poses to improve strength and flexibility as simple as a pushup type position; moving with coordination of your breath (riding the breath). The class increases your metabolic rate, reduces fat, and improves calorie burning and lean muscle tissue. Power yoga exercises your back and stomach muscles constantly, thereby improving core strength.

Silver&Fit® experience is for very active older adults who exercise 3 or more days per week. The class is designed to increase the participants flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, muscular strength, power and cardiovascular endurance.
