Fitness is Not a Destination it is a Way of Life

Our Fitness Classes

Currently, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are offering an adjusted schedule for our fitness classes. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early as space will be limited to 10 members per class. We will deep clean between classes. Members will need to bring their own water bottles and mats, if possible.

Whether you’re a fitness class veteran or you’re working up the courage to try a class for the first time, you will definitely feel welcome at Houston Gym. Our friendly, approachable structure is central to each class because we’re here to be your closest ally on your journey to fitness. We have classes to suit every personality, so whether you love to get intense, or you need to find peace, you will find a unique fit in our schedule.

If you aren’t sure fitness training classes are for you, we have four reasons you should give them a try:

  1. You’ll be more likely to show up and keep showing up. If you miss a class, your instructor and peers will notice. This makes fitness classes a potent solution to motivation issues.
  2. You’ll use the correct form because an instructor will be there to ensure you’re exercising correctly. You will get the most benefits from each movement and avoid injuries with our instructors present to guide you.
  3. You’ll reach levels you couldn’t have reached on your own. With an instructor to push you and peers to encourage you, you’ll achieve fitness you didn’t think possible.
  4. You’ll have fun! Consistently fit people find an exercise they enjoy and keep doing it. Our classes are your opportunity to discover just what you love about fitness. You’ll find yourself eagerly looking forward to the next class, and your body will thrive like never before.

At our fitness center, your wellness is our top priority. Check out our class schedule and descriptions below to learn more about all the opportunities available to you today!
