This special one-off class is designed for intermediate to advanced yoga practitioners who are looking to deepen their practice and explore more complex techniques.
In a standard mixed-level class, it can be difficult to fully explore these advanced poses. This dedicated session creates the space to slow down, break things apart, and work intentionally with more intense techniques.
Ideal for students who are ready to be challenged and curious to expand what’s possible on their mat.
