Hi. I’m Angelique Hudson, from Long Island NY. I grew up as an obese athlete playing baseball, basketball and softball, never focusing much on my health instead emphasizing family first over everything. Years ago, I decided to take control of my health finally at 310 lbs. and slowly began my fitness and weight-loss journey. Overtime I lost 110 lbs through my own self-developed nutrition and fitness plans. Through my fitness journey I discovered a passion for weightlifting and powerlifting, which I showcased often on my social media channels. Eventually this led me to start training others upon request, which showed me a new career path and direction in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer. In 2018 I decided to quit all my jobs, pack up my car, leave behind my family and friends, and relocate to Houston for better living and potential career opportunities in the fitness industry. I eventually became acclimated to life in Texas and Houston, studied for and passed my PT certification. I am now an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer with years of weight-loss and muscle growth experience through strength and cardio training. I am experienced primarily in bodybuilding and powerlifting style workouts, which I can teach clients using good form, practice and consistency. My passion is helping others achieve their fitness goals through body transformation, as I have transformed myself. I pride myself on ensuring my clients understand and feel comfortable performing any exercises/programs in the gym, can meet their fitness goals and maintain it long after as well!
