Our Fitness Classes
Currently, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are offering an adjusted schedule for our fitness classes. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early as space will limited to 7 to 8 members, per class. We will have 15 minute breaks in between classes for deep cleaning. Members will need to bring their own water bottle and mats, if possible.
Whether you’re a fitness class veteran or you’re working up the courage to try a class for the first time, you will feel welcome at Houston Gym. Our friendly, approachable structure is central to each class because we here to be the closest ally on your journey to fitness. We have classes to suit every personality, so whether you love to get intense or you need to find peace, you will find a unique fit in our schedule.
