1st Friday of each month morning 6am-7am class will be Silver&FIt Excel®

When you step into the HGX room, discipline and dedication are necessary to get through a series of basic punches, kicks, and creative combinations to intensify your Boot Camp workout. Build a stronger and leaner body with a series of anaerobic exercises that will strengthen your arms, legs, and abdominals.

The full body experience that builds muscle memory and strength, increases flexibility, improves balance and helps to build on breath control while you engage your core. Learn to work your body then bring it to rest..

Complete your workout by combining yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) to cultivate your flexibility and breath. This is a good place to learn basic poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga for all body types and all ages.

Take the journey that is sure to get your heart pumping and strengthen your legs. This is an excellent class to burn those extra calories to reach an optimal cardio workout and that slender physique!

Power Yoga incorporates the Sun Salutation series of poses to improve strength and flexibility as simple as a pushup type position; moving with coordination of your breath (riding the breath). The class increases your metabolic rate, reduces fat, and improves calorie burning and lean muscle tissue. Power yoga exercises your back and stomach muscles constantly, thereby improving core strength.

Step in and focus on core conditioning by integrating exercises to strengthen and tone your body by utilizing the stability ball and hand-weights, while working on balance at the same time.

This class offers a combination of Aerobic and anaerobic exercises that will build lean muscle and burn fat while combining physical conditioning methods to break weight-loss plateaus. (Friday’s Silver and Fit PowerFlex is designed for those 65 and older but anyone can attend)

You will engage your stomach muscles to strengthen your core and develop a healthier back for 15-minutes Monday through Wednesday 30-minutes on Friday only.

Learn the basics of TaeBo® Fitness and start teaching the Cardio Kickboxing that started it all! This workout is exactly what you’ll need to get the body of your dreams, and the mindset to change the way you think and feel about exercise. This powerful, total body workout has all of the basic footwork, kicks, punches, jabs and combinations that will have yearning for more! TaeBo® Basic will change your life one kick and punch at a time.

The word vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” The translation is linking the body that builds muscle memory and strength, increases flexibility, improves your balance and linking the movement that helps to build on breath control while you engage your core.

Challenge not just your core but also your whole body with this unique series of exercises developed by Joe Pilates. Get ready to tone your arms, strengthen, and sculpt your back! Everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes is welcome.

Combines the sexy latin, Bazilian, and hip-hop dance movements through Cumbia, Salsa, Belly Dance, Tango, Samba and Flamenco that are traditional dance movements in most Latin countries.

The workouts offer a rich variety of intense routines from Cardio to Resistance training, Strength training, Plyometrics, Ab work, and more. Using the science of Muscle Confusion, P90X constantly switches things up (the blocks, the protocols, the rep ranges) to help class members bust through plateaus. Plus, there are modifications so people at any level can partake. P90X Live has the option of using weights, resistance bands, or even bodyweight to complete the workouts.
